i had high hopes, but this hotel barely meets 5 stars. the air conditioning smelled like sewage, and i had to suffer in the heat. the child-friendly facilities? an absolute joke! one would expect at least a small gesture for the inconvenience. i almost thought of giving a good review, but i just couldn't, unfortunately.

Spectacular views and breakfast delight
Woke up to breathtaking mountain views and a delightful breakfast on the terrace. The staff were attentive and friendly, making our stay feel personal and warm.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent, and the pathways felt like a maze, making it a bit challenging to navigate the hotel.

great stay but lacks some attention to detail
The friendly and accommodating staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the variety of fresh fruits and pastries that were available every morning. The spa was truly exceptional, providing a peaceful environment for relaxation with a range of well-priced treatments. During my stay, I appreciated having daily yoga sessions that added a holistic touch to my experience, helping me unwind and connect with the lovely surroundings.
Room for improvement in room amenities and maintenance.

Excellent family resort with breathtaking views
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the panoramic suite, which offered stunning views all the way to Portimao and the ocean. The spacious accommodations were perfect for our family, and the kids loved the engaging activities at the Kids Club, especially with Carla leading the fun. The variety of food options, including the pizzeria, was delightful and added to our memorable experience. navigation between the different building blocks could be a bit confusing.
